Autoruns by SysInternals
Autoruns has the most comprehensive knowledge of auto-starting locations of any startup monitor and shows you what programs are configured to run at system bootup or login. It also shows you the entries in the order Windows processes them. These programs include ones in your startup folder, Run, RunOnce, and other Registry keys.
If you need to manage what programs or services startup when you boot Windows, try Autoruns over the standard msconfig option.
