Windows XP users can use a powerful tool called the Local Group Policy Editor to tweak Windows XP Professional computers. This utility provides users with a graphical user interface that allows changes to be made to virtually everything in Windows. For example, you can change how Windows reacts when you press CTRL + Alt + Delete or if you want to remove the Documents folder from the Start menu you can. There are just too many things to list here. So if you have Windows XP Professional and consider yourself a power user, try the group policy editor.

You can access the Group Policy Editor in XP professional by going to Start, then Run and typing gpedit.msc and hit OK.
